Stress busters in the current scenario: Recession

Firstly,lets talk about the most talked and the most hyped term of the last, current and the coming year(s):).i.e Recession.
With recession comes the fear of plunging Sensex(obviously downwards) and then the inflation.
Not to forget the current victim of Recession The IT Industry which brings us the last but not the least fear of layoffs.Out of all these listed there is only one really worry about that is Layoffs.Beacuse Recession is just an excuse for layingoff.
Instead of panicking its better to be proactive and start searching for a job beforhand or side by side.
And most important advice is 'Do not Turn on any NEWS CHANNEL' can be harmful o your health nad mind(on a lighter note).
May be you come across a job which you have always wanted to do. May be you start a new venture altogether.Its best to indulge in your favourite time pass or hobby to de-stress.
And plzz!! no complains of 'Time nahi hai'.Even if at the end of the day for 5 min you do what you like the most, it gives you a sense of satisfaction and relieves you of your stress.
